Cannone
For three generations, Cannone has grown and produced regional Italian olives, antipasti and ingredients of exquisite quality and flavor.

Olive varietals such as the Bella di Cerignola are grown in volcanic soil, hand-picked and cured using ancient methods. Cannone Cerignola olives are all-natural, which means they are free of preservatives and color dyes. These olives are known for their large size and delicate, buttery flavor.

Cannone antipasti and ingredient selections are comprised of traditional Italian vegetables. Cipolline Balsamic and Agrodulce are the renowned “Borettane” onion variety, which is grown along the Po River in Verona. Marinated Long Stem Artichokes, perhaps the prized jewel of any Italian antipasti platter are luscious and tender with a fresh crunch.
