Can I change the delivery date of my order?
Distributor orders submitted to FoodMatch can be changed by contacting our Customer Service desk. All order changes must be made at least 72 hours prior to pick-up.


What quality certificates do your facilities have?
Our production facilities’ certifications include HACCP and ISO 9001:2000. They have also undergone independent third-party food safety audits.


Where do your products come from?
Most of our products originate from the Mediterranean. However, we are committed to searching out authentic regional specialties from all parts of the world.

Do you use any additives or artificial flavoring in your products?
Our products are naturally processed and free of any preservatives, artificial colors or flavors, with the exception of very few items.
