Quality Assurance
At FoodMatch, quality control means hands-on involvement in every step of the production process. We source the finest raw materials from around the world before sending them to local production facilities that meet all applicable international and federal government regulations, including those of the FDA and USDA.

FoodMatch requires that all production facilities must be HACCP certified as well as audited by third party food safety regulators, such as International Food Standard (IFS), British Retail Consortium (BRC) and AIB International.

We develop our recipes to preserve freshness with minimal processing. All products undergo a series of microbiological and organoleptic tests before they are shipped. Once they reach our U.S. warehouse, the FoodMatch quality assurance team ensures that each item purchased lives up to our strict standards and stellar reputation.

The ability to trace our olives, antipasti and ingredients from farm to market gives us full confidence that we are supplying the highest quality products that authentically express their region of origin.
